Mobile/SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

These mobile messaging terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms") relate to the sending of mobile text/SMS messages by Audi of Fremont ("us" or "we").
 
1. General: If you agree to receive text SMS/messages from us, these messages may be sent using autodialers and the types of messages can include marketing, advertising, promotions, information about your orders or account, multi-factor authentication codes, and other messages related to our services. By agreeing to receive text SMS/message from us, you confirm that you are the authorized subscriber or customary user of the phone number you entered above.
 
2. Opt-in/Consent to Receive Messages: We do not sell, rent, share, or give your consent to receive text messages to anyone else. This means if you agree to get texts from us, we will not pass that permission to another company for that company to text you.

3. Consent is Not Required: You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy from us or use our services.
 
4. Opt-Out at Anytime: You can stop receiving text messages whenever you want by responding STOP to any text message you receive or otherwise indicating that you are revoking your consent to be contacted. If you opt-out of receiving text messages, we may send you one final text message as confirmation and provide you with information on how to opt back in.
 
5. Frequency of Messages: The number of text messages we send can vary depending on your activity, and ongoing promotions.
 
6. Message Rates: Your mobile carrier might charge standard message and data rates. We might not be able to deliver messages to every mobile carrier.
 
7. Additional Terms, Changes: These Mobile Terms add to any other policies and agreements on our website. If there’s a conflict between a provision of these Mobile Terms and a provision of any other website terms or policies we have, the provision in the other terms or policies will control. If we modify these Mobile Terms we will post the updated version of these Mobile Terms on our website. If any provision of these Mobile Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
